SVN | CREATE is excited to welcome Rachel Mendlik as a Summer 2026 Intern. Rachel brings prior experience in the customer service industry, where she developed strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills that translate well into the commercial real estate industry. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management at Central College, with minors in Spanish, Entrepreneurship, and Accounting. As a student-athlete and member of the women’s soccer team, Rachel brings teamwork, leadership, discipline, and strong time management skills to her role. We are excited to have Rachel on the team and look forward to the value she will bring to our advisors, clients, and colleagues.
