A graduate of Drake University, Alaina brings a background in hospitality, client service, and relationship building, along with a strong interest in the intersection of business, creativity, and human connection.
In her role at SVN | CREATE, Alaina supports the team through market and property research, database management, property analytics, transaction support, marketing materials, and property listing updates. She is also continuing to expand her industry knowledge through networking events, product council meetings, and property tours.
Alaina is especially passionate about helping businesses find spaces that are more than simply a location. She enjoys understanding what makes each business unique and helping connect its vision and growth plans with the right commercial real estate solution.
As she continues developing her commercial real estate experience, Alaina is also beginning the process of becoming a licensed commercial real estate broker.
